The effect of anticoagulants on your clotting system can vary from week to week even if you take the same amount of medicine. You will need your blood tested regularly while taking this medication. Anticoagulation Management Program provides: One on one session with a licensed practical nurse INR test which is done by a simple finger stick with immediate results Appropriate medical therapy is prescribed or adjusted Education on dietary recommendation and interactions with medication
